Return Policy with Money-Back Guarantees

The Service provider is responsible for getting the assignment to the student on time and in the way that the student asked for in the requirement. If the service provider breaks any of its promises, the student has the right to a partial or full refund, according to our policy.

Our policy says that you can ask for money back if our service didn't do what it was supposed to do. Since our service gives real help with CPM homework, we want to make sure you're completely happy before you leave. A lot of people are happy with us. More than 95% of our students come back to make more assignments. But things can go wrong sometimes, and if they do, you can always look at our refund policy. We want to make it clear that we can only give a full refund in certain situations. These things:

Not Delivered, Partially Delivered, or Canceled By Student

  • Tutor Not Assigned Yet: This doesn't happen very often, but it does happen sometimes. Every time, the amount of the refund is 100%. If this does happen, the student doesn't need to worry because they will be told as soon as possible.
  • Even though the tutor was confirmed and less than half of the deadline had passed, you decided to cancel the order. In this case, the amount of the refund ranges from 100% to 75%. This is to cover the work that the company and tutor put into trying to give you the product and services you paid for.
  • The tutor was confirmed, and more than half of the remaining deadline had passed, but the student decided to cancel the order. The amount of the refund can range from 50% to 0%, depending on how hard the tutor and company worked to meet your needs.
  • Delivery Was Late: This can only happen if the tutor is sick or if something else comes up. The student has the right to ask for a refund if the tutor's work is late, but only if the student hasn't downloaded the work. If the student has already downloaded the work that the tutor gave them, they can't get a refund because it's been used.
  • All orders are guaranteed to be sent out on time. Sometimes delays happen because the student uploads the needed materials too late. In this case, there is no way to get a refund. That's why it's best to send all of the task's details, including any extra sources that need to be used, at the same time when the order is placed.

Work Not Described:

The service provider does work that is tailored to fit the needs of the student. The first piece of work given to the student is a draft that will be improved based on what the customer says.

  • Disputed claims: If the student isn't happy with the quality and specifications of the work and wants a refund instead, the company would have to listen to their concerns and fix the problems. Depending on the plan chosen, the customer can ask for changes up to 30, 45, or 60 days after the first submission, for the Limited, Standard, and Premium plans, respectively. If the customer is still not happy, he or she has the right to ask for a refund within 7 days of receiving the work by providing relevant proof. The claim for a refund will be approved or denied based on the outcome of the investigation, which depends a lot on the facts of the case and the proof that the student provides.
  • Plagiarized content: If the student thinks the work done by the tutor is stolen, they need to provide a third-party report that can be checked within 72 hours of getting the work. If the claim turns out to be true, the customer will get a full refund.

Duplicate Order/Transaction:

  • Accidental Duplicate Order: If you accidentally place the same order twice, you can get a refund by calling the company within 24 hours of paying for the second order and asking for a cancellation. If the order turns out to be a duplicate and was placed by mistake, a full refund will be given.
  • Accidental Double Transaction: If an extra or duplicate payment is made for the same order that has already been paid for, it will be refunded in full if a request is made.

You Are Not Eligible for Refund.

You are not eligible to refund if you fall inder the following category:

  • Getting lower grades: Please remember that we can't promise grades. The papers we give you are only meant to be used as draught samples or as a point of reference. They are not ready to be turned in and should not be turned in as your own work.
  • Change of deadline: If the deadline is changed, the refunds for being late and the recalculation of the price do not apply because the new deadline is different from the old one.
  • Orders for editing, proofreading, and formatting: Please keep in mind that the order you place for the above-mentioned services will include original content written by you, which may have context-related mistakes. Editing and formatting do not make big changes to the original draft. Instead, they are used to make small changes and give feedback on spelling, formatting, content, flow, grammar, and/or other similar things.
  • Proof in writing and process: If the student doesn't follow the rules and deadlines for filing claims, complaints, and refund requests that are set out in Section 5.

Response/Refund Timelines and the process of processing

Due to the subjective nature of work, a student may have a different opinion about the quality of the work and delivery than the tutor. In these situations, the student must file all claims, complaints, and refund requests according to the following rules in order to get a refund:

  • Give at least 7 working days for evaluating the request and getting back to the person.
  • Any claim, complaint, or request for a refund must be made through the student’s account on the website, along with the required proof of purchase. This policy and terms of use spell out all the other rules.
  • After the service provider has told you their decision, you should have at least 7 working days to get your money back.
